Our first design/build/development project announced for Denver.  Named Two the Pointe, this two-house real estate development is located on a unique triangular property in the historic Five Points district downtown.  We're wrapping up permits and expect to break ground by mid-late 2018.  This project will be constructed by Hunter Leggitt Studio.

ARCHDAILY TOP 100 AWARD! by Hunter Leggitt

This year ArchDaily celebrates 10 years since it was first launched in Spanish as Plataforma Arquitectura. To commemorate, we sorted through the thousands of projects that have been published over the years to highlight those that represented a milestone for their time.

There's nothing much more to say other than we're extremely excited and honored to be listed as one of the Top 100 in ArchDaily's 10-Year Anniversary Feature.  The 510 Cabin was an incredible project and a truly unique, and amazing experience for us.  We're happy that others feel the same.  Just a small side note....  ArchDaily is the world's most visited architecture website, and based out of Spain (not LA or Denver ;)...  Pretty rad!  Thank you ArchDaily!!

And thank you Tim Vordtriede for the incredible, whiskey fueled interior shots!

Hunter Leggitt Studio has been at it again out at Coachella 2016 designing and building a new and improved tree house, front of house for the Do Lab Stage.  Named the SS Biskt, this tree house/boat set off on it's maiden voyage last weekend for a three day, packed house adventure.  We also brought out a special guest artist collaborator from Los Angeles, Hans Walor, to design our pirate ship's flag.  Very happy with the outcome!  Thank you Hans!!!  We'll be back out there again for weekend two.  Come say hi!

SPRING 2016 - WE'RE BACK...DENVER by Hunter Leggitt

We've been entirely caved away for the past several months, understandably since we just up'd and moved our headquarters from LA to Denver around the end of last year.

Don't worry LA, we're not abandoning you.  We love you, we're still with ya, and have a bunch of projects currently underway on the coast.  We're opening a second office in Colorado to bring the goodness that's really really wanted and needed here.  And it's our home town.  So excited to be back out here getting involved!  But, it's been a crazy past several months to say the least.  We'll properly present ourselves when we have a chance to iron the shirts and broom the dust and demolition.  In the mean time, and to summarize the past several months....

- New Denver HLS office underway in the Cole neighborhood adjacent to RiNo & downtown
- January/February Pop-Up Eagle's Nest Stage in Aspen for the epic BLK MKT & X-Games
- We've officially closed & are underway on a new Five Points real estate development called Two The Pointe (tons more to come on this),

AND... the current icing on the cake and studio's excitement...  SS Biskt underway and in-design for Coachella 2016.  Here's a little in-progress framing design shot for the tree house / front of house for the Do Lab's Big Fish Stage.  If you missed it, here's last year's SS Biscuit we did.   Three weeks to mobilization!  BTW, checking off a Top 10 of ours and gonna be going ape sh!t to none other than the reunion of Guns N' Roses out there in April!!!  Ahhhhhh!

More to come!!

TWO THE POINTE. DENVER by Hunter Leggitt

We're very excited to announce that we just closed on a property in the historic Five Points district of downtown Denver.  We can't share too much just yet, but this will be our first, in-house real estate development project for our new studio in Colorado.  Here's a little teaser.

We're ready to bring some design love back to Denver!!  More To Come.......

No better place to spend the month of January than a little town called Aspen, Colorado.  Alongside some of our best friends and Gravity Productions, we collaborated on a pop-up gallery and event production in the historic Crystal Palace downtown called the BLK MKT.  Hunter Leggitt Studio designed and built this iconic DJ stage to host a month long lineup of producers and DJ's flying in from all over.  Although small, this might just be our favorite stage we've done yet.  It was built almost entirely from old fencing found in a Denver alleyway.
