TWO THE POINTE

Two the Pointe is an in-house architecture and design-build project by Hunter Leggitt Studio located in Denver’s historic Five Points neighborhood. Situated on a unique commercially zoned triangular urban infill site, the project is envisioned as a contemporary live-work creative compound integrating custom residential architecture, studio space, and future creative headquarters for the studio.

Currently under construction with an estimated completion in Spring 2027, the project consists of a primary residence paired with an attached Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU), designed to explore modern urban density, flexibility, craftsmanship, and integrated living within a compact city footprint.

The architecture balances privacy, natural light, material warmth, and highly functional creative work environments while embracing a contemporary design-build approach rooted in both precision construction and experiential thinking. Designed, developed, and constructed entirely in-house by Hunter Leggitt Studio, the project serves as an ongoing case study in modern urban infill architecture, small-lot development, and multidisciplinary creative practice.
